  11. Can anyone (Jim Thomsen?) tell me why I can't lock the connection
  12. speed on my 28,800 internal Data/Fax USR modem? My manual says you can
  13. use a combination of &n and &u to set 'floor' and 'ceiling' limits but
  14. it still tries to connect at the highest speed possible. I just want
  15. to lock it at 14,400 but no way!
